Collaboration and BS11000
People Positive consultants have developed a successful track record of helping organisations to develop a collaborative approach to business. Their work spans oil and gas, utilities, construction and rail sectors and includes supply chain selection, creation of a collaborative culture, and measurement of collaborative performance. Additions to our consultant team have further strengthened our collaborative behavioural coaching and preparation for BS11000 certification. Our approach is the correct balance between the processes that underpin collaborative discipline, and the behaviours that make a collaborative culture sustainable

Preparing for behavioural assessments
Helping clients to win new work is a strong motivation in People Positive. Achieving a high score in a Behavioural Assessment is one of the ways in which clients benefit from our work winning skills. We use our experience of designing behavioural assessments to make our preparation events real and confidence giving. Our research into each contract ensures we develop assessment tasks that reflect relevant operational demands and behavioural requirements.
Our experience in oil and gas, construction, rail and utilities plus more than 40 behavioural preparation workshops means we have encountered a wide range of approaches to behavioural assessment from 1:1 interviews and capability case studies to multi day team task assessments.
Clients have discovered that early engagement with our consultant team well in advance of the behavioural assessment creates the opportunity for a high score.
