History

people=positive™ is a performance coaching company with its headquarters in Scotland and a US base in Houston. The business was formed in 1989 by Founder and Managing Director Rod Pashley.

Over the last twenty years people=positive™ has worked in 29 countries with over 40,000 people, helping to 'inspire extraordinary journeys' for teams, individuals and organisations from a wide variety of business sectors.  We have a team of 30 coaches and facilitators around the UK and the US, who share our passion for people and our commitment to helping bring about sustainable change.  Structured creativity is central to the way we work.  We use innovative tools and methods to bring workshops and training events to life.
