SHIFT©

people=positive™ has developed its own performance coaching system called SHIFT©.  This tool can be used at different levels to provide structure to a development process.  Using a number of 'gatekeeping questions' delegates move through an agenda with real commitment and rigour, making sure that they leave the conference or workshop with real answers to important questions.
