Consultants
We are currently looking for people who have what it takes to join us as Consultants.
If you have 5 or more years experience of:
- Designing and delivering performance development workshops to groups
- Performance coaching
- Working in a business environment
And you have an ability to bring a touch of magic and sparkle to both individual workshops and longer term client relationships

We hold regular 24 hour Leader Workshops to give potential Consultants the opportunity to meet the team, some of our clients and to get a taste of what we do.
Our Consultants enjoy an excellent business relationship, opportunities to work with major clients, structured training and fantastic office support.
